Europejskie Centrum Spotkań Między Wschodem a Zachodem, The Association of the European Center of the Meetings between East and West

For the invitation of ERY Network and Kultur Ungdom, members of our association were participating in youth conference in July 2010. It was held in Gothenburg, Sweden. The main subject of the conference was “Impact of Youth” and was dedicated to this issue.

For the invitation of ERY Network and Valentia Youth Council, members of our association were participating in youth conference in December 2009. It was held in Valentia, Spain. The main subject of the conference was “More opportunities, more future” and was dedicated to the problem of excluded people.

For the invitation of European Liberal Forum and Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom, president of the association, Mr Henryk Jozefowski was participating in conference “A Way to Eastern Partnership: European Union and Russia Relations”, that was held in Warsaw School of Economics. Eastern Partnership is first polish, author’s initiative introduced to the European Union external relations system. It was approved by European Council on March 19-20^th 2009.

For the invitation of ERY Network and Welsh Youth Assembly, members of our association were participating in youth conference in September 2009. It was held in Cardiff, Wales. The conference was dedicated to the issue of youth participation.

On 29th April 2009, at 9.00 in Poznań fara, on the occasion of 5th anniversary of accession of Poland to European Union, our Association together with Poznań Ecumenical Group and Adam Mickiewicz high School number 8 in Poznań, organized ecumenical church service to pray for Europe. The service was led by archbishop Stanisław Gądecki.

The Association of Eropean Centre of Meetings Between East and West has become The European Language Label Prize Winner for project: ‘2^ND EUROPEAN YOUTH MEETING ON THE OCCASION OF 50^TH ANNIVERSARY OF SIGNING OF ROMAN TREATES UNDER THE HONORARY AUSPICIES OF JAN FIELG, COMMISIONER FOR EDUCATION, TRAINING, CULTURE AND YOUTH, POZNAŃ 16-23.09.2007’. The Competition was organised by Development of Education System Foundation. Winners of European Language Level are able to use sign on their products, educational materials, websites etc.
